No. A locked-out guest texts the property name to the number on the sign by the door and follows the prompts. GrantKey only texts a guest after they text first.
Not for Founding Operators on a monthly plan. You pay month to month and can cancel anytime, in your account or by written notice. Your service runs to the end of the month you have paid for, your monthly rate stays locked while you stay subscribed, and the placard is a one-time purchase, not part of the subscription. If you prepay a year instead, you keep the year. Everyone after the first 15 signs up on a 12-month term with a 30-day trial window.
GrantKey reads a read-only calendar feed from your booking platform, one per property. Every platform connects a little differently, so we set yours up with you. We’ll connect your booking platform, or refund you in full.
