What does setup cover?
Onboarding your account, configuring each property, customizing GrantKey to fit how it works, syncing with your reservation data through your property management software (PMS) or booking platform, testing the guest text flow before you go live, and shipping your placards. Setup is charged once, with your first order, however many properties you enroll.

Self-serve covers 1–9 properties. The signup page shows your exact total before you pay.
Month-to-month, cancel anytime. Your service runs to the end of the month you have paid for, and your monthly rate stays locked while you stay subscribed.
Prepay a year and you keep the year: the 12-month annual term applies, with the 30-day window below.
This is the standard plan, for everyone after the first 15 Founding Operators. Billed monthly (or annually, if you prepay) for your first year. The term starts the day you sign up.
Cancel within your first 30 days and owe nothing further on the subscription. The setup fee and any placard already shipped are non-refundable, unless we can't connect your booking platform, in which case we refund you in full.
Monthly plans automatically renew month-to-month — cancel anytime with 10 days' notice. Annual plans renew for another year; we email you a reminder first, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice before the renewal date.
You'll see your exact total before you pay anything. You're charged when you sign up. We engrave and ship each placard once your booking calendar is connected, and if we can't connect it, you get a full refund.
What you'll need after you pay
Setup is one short form. It's easier if you have these to hand — and if you don't, leave them blank and we'll set them up with you.
You connect it once from your GrantKey portal, in one click, and match each property to its Uplisting listing. There are no calendar links to find or copy. It's how GrantKey checks that the person at the door is actually booked tonight, read-only.
We'll connect your booking platform, or refund you in full.
Where each property's backup key or lockbox is, and the code that opens it. Only ever sent to a guest we've verified against your bookings.
